SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Please allow up to 2 full business days for your order to be processed, picked, packed and shipped.
Please allow 1 full business day for expedited shipping orders (2-day or Overnight) to be processed, picked, packed, and shipped.
Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday and shipped the following day, Tuesday.
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know approximately when the item will be available or to suggest an alternative. Although we try to have the item in stock at all times, it is not always possible.
All U. S. orders are shipped (excluding Puerto Rico and the U.S.Virgin Islands) via USPS Priority Mail. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are charged a flat $25 air freight fee.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND DELIVERY:
Shipping confirmation will be sent to your email address. Please track your packages as GARDEN FRESH BOTANICALS is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. All packages can be left at your front door by the shipping service if no one is home to receive it.

To return a product, call us at 541-914-4235 and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Your return must be received at our shipping facility within 30 days of purchase. Be sure to clearly write the RMA number on the OUTSIDE of the box.
Our shipping department will not accept packages without an RMA number. Your return must be accompanied by this number as well as an explanation as to why the product is being returned. This will expedite proper handling of your refund. Return shipping is the RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
